Join a well-established and mission-driven team of Hospice professionals as a full-time Hospice Medical Director for Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group serving the beautiful community of Santa Rosa, California. This is a vital leadership position where you be responsible for overseeing multiple interdisciplinary teams along with three independent contractors across two locations - one in Sonoma and one in Petaluma. This is a highly hands on and engaging role that will require candidates to participate in providing care in the field as well. Be part of a highly compassionate team of healthcare professionals while enjoying a balanced schedule while serving the community of Santa Rosa.
- Monday to Friday schedule
- Mix of administrative and outpatient/home-visit responsibilities
- Oversee Sonoma and Petaluma locations
- Ancillary expectation for after hours
- Weekend rotation for on-call
- 2 to 5 years' experience required in a Hospice or Palliative care setting
- Must be board-certified
