Clinical Duties: The Hospitalist is expected to remain privileged and practicing in their specialty field. The exact privileges and procedures for a particular provider will be approved by the Professional Standards Board Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base Pay + Market Pay)
