Education and length of practice are considered through a formal pay-setting process to determine the final compensable salary (Base + Market Pay) An opportunity exists for a part-time Ophthalmologist-Retina Specialist at the Edward Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL. The Retina Specialist is fellowship trained in Medical/Surgical Retina and is board eligible/board-certified. This position will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of retinal diseases of the eye in adults.
