This position is located in the Geriatrics/Long Term Care (G/LTC) service at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, WV. The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture Veterans who are residents in our Community Living Centers (CLC) by providing assistance with activities of daily living, and with other needs as required in accordance with established policies and procedures of VAMC Martinsburg to assure the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
