Call schedule: Base salary includes Physician's coverage of 13 call shifts per year
Call shift = 1 week
Additional call shifts compensated (above the 13 call shifts)
Includes Diagnostic Radiology approximately 50% of the time
Level 2 trauma center
A busy department with a wide variety of cases (no neuro cases)
