    Important Details for Exhibitors
    Hotel Reservations
    When making hotel reservations, attendees must refer to being part of the Osteopathic Medical Conference to receive the rate of $169 per night. 78 rooms are currently available, first come first served.

    Exhibitor Check-In
    Registered exhibitors must check in at the entrance of the exhibit hall (there will be signs) to receive ID badges and other Career Fair materials. Exhibitor check-in will open at 11AM on 10/6

    Exhibit Set-Up Assistance
    If you need assistance setting up your exhibit and/or if you need electrical to your exhibit, contact Carol@EncoreTalentWorkx.com. Please note that this service is at your own expense.

    Exhibit Hall Closing The Career Fair will end at 11:30AM on 10/7. Exhibitors must clear out their booths and materials by no later than 1PM that day.
